Terms of Service

1. Provision of Digital Marketing Services

JMH Medical, LLC agrees to provide the client with digital marketing services as detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. These services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and consulting.

• Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on client feedback, scope adjustments, and other factors outside of our control. JMH Medical, LLC will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines.
• Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary access to accounts, and any required content or materials to facilitate the provision of services.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be governed by the terms outlined in the client's individual SOW or contract. Typically, services are billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.

3. Limitation of Liability

JMH Medical, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the services provided.
